  The instructional material and lessons included in this volume had their origins in a National Science Foundation (NSF)-funded program in which one of the present authors was the director, Theodore Goldfarb and the other the project consultant Michael Pritchard.

  Section I of Ethics in the Science Classroon offers background information and teaching models, including an introduction to the case study approach, to teachers who wish to integrate ethics and values into their pre-college classrooms.

• Section II - Incorporating Ethics in Classroom Science Lesson Plans
  Section II of Ethics in the Science Classroom offers model lesson plans and resources for teaching ethics in pre-college classrooms.
